The hotel provides stunning views of the beautiful lake and is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants. the staff provides helpful and friendly service, and the room is spacious and clean with comfortable bedding.
The lack of proper sound proofing in the rooms meant that noise from neighboring guests and the street below could sometimes be disruptive.

The balcony view was stunning, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the room size was quite spacious for a city hotel.
The room lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep due to the street noise. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell that didn't go away since the ventilation fan wasn't working.

Spending Christmas in this mountain town was simply magical! The rooms were spacious and had a gorgeous view of the nearby lake. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the charming local shops and restaurants. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The lack of soundproofing was a major issue. We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
